Sri lankan style  garlic curry recipe

Ingredient 
* Garlic Clove - 250 grams
* Green chili - 01
* Onion Sliced - 01  
* Curry leaves
* Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
* Fenugreek (Olu hal) - ½ teaspoon
* Turmeric Powder - ½ teaspoon
* Coconut milk - 125 ml
* Mustard powder - ½ teaspoon
* one teaspoon of salt
* Coconut oil - 1 table spoon

Preparation 
* First peel the garlic clove and keep in a bowl
* Heat a pan and add 1 table spoon of oil to it
* After heat oil add the chopped onions
* Cook the onions until they are golden brown (keep stirring them every to avoid onions to the pan )
* Now time for add  2 teaspoons of curry powder,chopped green chillies, curry leaves,  1 teaspoon of red chilli powder,  half a teaspoon of mustard powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix well all
* Add garlic and 125 ml coconut milk
* Add salt to taste and Stir well
* Now cook with high heat 10 -15 minutes,  until the garlic is tender
* Adding more water if desired
