2. white chocolate 3 (120 grams)
3. cream cheese - 120 grams

❂ Next preheat the oven to 170 ⁰c (325f) - it well be ready in 6 minutes

❂ Broke white chocolate to small pieces and  put in a large bowl 

❂ Now try to melt chocolate  in a double boiler over the hot water 

❂ Meanwhile mix 3  egg white using electric mixture until soft paste

❂ Mix the chocolate again until smooth

❂ Now add cream cheese to  it and mix well

❂ Add 3 egg yolks and mix well 

❂ Add 1/3 meringue into the cream cheese batter and blend well 

❂  Rub some oil or butter on parchment paper 

❂ Take cake pan and keep parchment paper  there next pour the mixture into the cake pan

❂ Now place the cake pan on a baking tray and pour some hot water to

❂ Now keep the cake in oven and  bake at 170c for 15 minutes

❂ Bake under 160 ⁰c for another 15 minutes 

❂ Now stop the heat and bake with the remaining heat for 15 minutes 

❂ Now take out the cake from the ovean and let into cool completely

❂ if you like Dust  with powdered sugar on the cake  

❂ Now your cake is ready to eat Try to taste it
