How to make indian style egg dum biryani

Indian egg dum biryani recipe

First try to find ingredient
  1. 2 cup of basmathi rice
  2. 6 cup of water
  3. Salt 
  4. Bay leaf
  5. 1 inch cinnamon 
  6. Cloves 
  7. one table spoons of ghee or clarified butter 
  8.  oil 
  9. 4 medium sliced onions 
  10. 1/4 table spoons of turmeric powder 
  11. 1/2 table spoons of chili powder 
  12. 1/4 biryani masala powder ( buy from market) 
  13. 6 boiled eggs 
  14. 2 table spoons of ginger garlic paste 
  15. 2 table spoons of coriander powder  
  16. 1 cup of curd or yogurt 
  17. coriander leaves
  18. Mint leaves 
  19. 2-3 drops of kewra essence (buy from market )
  20. 2 - 3 drops , rose water
  21. Saffron milk (soak a pinch of saffron in hot milk )

 How to make 

1.Soak  2 cup of  basmati rice in water - 30 Minutes

2. Heat 6 cup of water and add into
  • salt ,
  • bay leaf , 
  • cinnamon, 
  • cloves 
  • 1 table spoons of ghee or clarified butter
Drain off water from rice and add it to boiling water

3.After 5 - 6 Minutes check the rice , it will spilt when you press it
Next drain off the water  and keep it aside

4. Now keep  a pot on the gas stove and put 1/4 oil to it. after heat the oil add medium sized onions , next fry onions until golden brown. Also keep aside for later use

5.Next heat oil again on low flame, and add
  • 1/4 table spoons of turmeric powder  ,  
  • 1/2 table spoons of chili powder , 
  • 1/4 table spoons of biryani masala powder mix well
  • add 6 boiled eggs to it and fry 2 or 3 minutes  and keep aside 6 eggs

6. Now add all spices to pot (to heat oil )
Star anise , green cardamon , black cardamon , 1/2 table spoons of shahi jeera , 2 cloves , bay leaf ,  cinnamon
  • fry 1 minutes all spices
  • add 1 chopped onion 
  • add 2 table spoon of ginger garlic paste 
  • 1/4 table spoons turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 table spoons of chili powder
  • 2 table spoons of coriander powder
  • 1 table spoons of biryani masala powder 
  • add 1 cup of curd or yogurt 
  • add salt to taste 

7. add fried boiled eggs to  it . Cover and cook 2 - 3 minutes until oil starts to leave from msala
  • add green chili
  • fried onions
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Mint leaves
8. Add cooked rice

9. Next add
  • fried onions
  • biryani masala powder
  • Cardamon powder
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves 
  • 2-3 drops of kewra essence 
  • 3-4 drops of rose water 
  • saffron milk
  • 2 table spoons of ghee

10. Cover your pot and seal - Use wet flour paste

11. Now place the  biryani pot on the cooker,  cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes and cook it 15 minutes using low flame

12 Turn off the cooker and keep aside for 10 minutes

13 open seal using knife

14. now taste your  egg dum biryani
